The Williamson Rindge & Hole Family Foundation (“The Foundation”) was created in 2006 as a public benefit foundation with charitable, exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation’s purpose is exclusively philanthropic and is focused on providing to community charities the following objectives:
The cultivation and promotion of art and culture.
- The strengthening of family, youth and child development.
- Support and improvement of healthcare, including the support of groups that promote the safety and well-being of individuals with special needs or terminal illness.
- The promotion of sports and athletic opportunities to encourage participation, fitness and excellence for everyone.
- Support for schools and education, including educational and academic services that help make schools more effective and more accessible to students of all backgrounds.
- Improving the lives of veterans and service personnel and their families.
- The humane treatment and care of animals.
- The conservation and preservation of the earth and its resources.
